Seleene is right, about a lot of things.
First, BOB. Propaganda and smacktalk are CAOD's premier attributes but it's clear right now that BOB isn't the cutting edge of Eve anymore. Bigger numbers involved, and the "elite pvp" isn't elite anymore, expecially when it comes down to holding space.

BOB and MC tactics. It's clear that outside them there is no real worth enemy. Whereas a call out for BOB or MC can raise hundreds of players from Goons, IAC, RA, everyone knows that their pets won't fight. They'll maybe try, and lose a couple of fleets trying to show their affiliation, but until MC or BOB show up in local it's going to be a Goon/Russian parade.

Now, last point... BoB is to MC like Goons were to BoB one year ago. There's just no comparison. A huge blob of "inexperienced" pilots compared to the most determined pilots. I can understand very well why MC doesn't want to be thrown in the meatgrinder, because as one of my goon colleagues said before "when you go around in a capital blob, when you fail you fail big time".

Last but not least, the causes of drama that lead to this very unfunny faud on forums, specifically Remedial for goons and DB Preacher for BoB, are gone, it wouldn't be bad to stop the bull**** and play the game now.

To the GOON spies, be careful when ripping posts from the MC forums. Often times they go back and compare the time the EVE-O post was made with who was logged into the MC forums at the exact same time. From there they'll narrow it down.

Two years ago I would have argued firmly that Sel was enamoured with BOB so much so that the future course of the MC was already determined. Now is certainly not the case, in-fact it is essentially a complete 180 and all we need is a reason to make a change. The MC is a glass-half-full kindof place so it might not seem so obvious but morale and the general attitude has never been this low,,even back during the whole Zajo/TC/NSN fiasco.
